Job summary

Collegiate Mobile seeks a hands-on leader to own Husky Mobile's campus presence at the University of Washington in Seattle. You'll run the on-site sales operation, recruit and coach student interns, and coordinate with UW staff to drive subscribers.

You'll develop partnerships with local businesses and student groups, manage events from move-in to game days, and directly influence how we grow our UW community. This role is on-site with meaningful ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or another customer-facing role.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to goals.
• Strong communication with university administrators, business owners, and students.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day campus sales operation at UW, including HUB coverage, materials, customer experience, and results.
• Plan and run booths, events, and activations around move-in, Dawg Daze, games, and campus fairs.
• Recruit, train, and coach student interns and ambassadors.
• Sell alongside the team: acquire new customers, assist with number transfers, and test offers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campus social media and event content.
• Track leads and conversions by event/channel and optimize where prospects drop off.
