Spartans Mobile, a Michigan State University partner, is seeking a Campus Engagement Manager in East Lansing. You will lead campus activation, manage MSU relationships, and develop partnerships to grow subscribers.

The role involves hands-on sales, event leadership, and direct interaction with MSU administrators and student teams. Expect on-site campus work, internship supervision, and room to scale partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of sales/business development/partnerships or other customer-facing role.
• Comfort with sales and starting conversations with people you don't know.
• Professional, dependable communicator with university admins and business owners.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to goals.
• Strong organization to juggle events, schedules, and follow-ups.
• On-site work in East Lansing, MSU campus presence and events.

Responsabilités

• Run on-campus sales operation and events to generate leads, sales, and subscribers.
• Recruit, train, and manage student interns and ambassadors; set priorities and coach performance.
• Sell with the team: engage prospects, assist number transfers, follow up on leads, test offers.
• Collaborate with marketing on campus social media and event messaging.
• Monitor leads and conversions; identify drop-offs and optimize processes.
• Manage MSU stakeholders and coordinate biweekly updates and requests.
