Seattle University seeks an Associate Director to lead employer engagement, expanding internships, employment, and experiential learning for students and alumni. You will manage lifecycle partnerships, coordinate with the Albers Career Center, and drive measurable outcomes that align with our Jesuit mission and values.

You will partner across campus to connect opportunities with students, faculty, and student organizations, while advancing equity and inclusive engagement in all programs.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in employer relations, university recruiting, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects, events, deadlines, and priorities.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, social justice, cultural humility, and serving diverse student populations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio of employer and industry partnerships.
• Cultivate new employers for internships, jobs, mentorship, and experiential learning.
• Advise employers on recruiting practices and inclusive approaches to attracting early-career talent.
• Coordinate with colleges and campus partners to connect opportunities with students and programs.
• Support data collection, dashboards, and reporting on employer engagement impact.
