Job summary

Juno is hiring a field-based relationships professional to connect with student organizations across healthcare programs in the United States. You will build relationships on campus, organize vendor fairs and on-campus events, and recruit ambassadors while traveling across your region.

This is a people-first role focused on trust, not hard selling, with peak seasons requiring heavy campus engagement. Expect frequent travel, calendar management, and proactive outreach to convert conversations

Qualifications

• Background: 2 to 5 years in a relationship-driven role, campus programs, student organizations, field marketing, or events.
• Excellent with students and able to have real conversations about money without it being a pitch.
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-up while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Build school-level relationships with chapter presidents and student leaders across healthcare programs.
• Coordinate vendor fairs, lunch-and-learns, and on-campus sessions, including logistics.
• Represent Juno at conferences and lead ambassador recruitment in your region.
• Interview and onboard student ambassadors; support ongoing engagement and communication.
• Conduct frequent one-to-one meetings, mostly via video, during peak season.
