Job summary

The University of Redlands is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Campus Engagement & Intramural Programs to support intramural sports, clubs, and student engagement initiatives. This part-time, on-site role requires coordinating events, staffing, and technology to enhance campus life.

The position involves evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, reporting to the Manager of Student Campus Life Activities. A passion for student success and inclusive programming is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, project management, sports, or recreation.
• Interest in student affairs, higher education, leadership, recreation, or campus programming.
• Experience in student leadership, campus employment, or athletics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intramural programming including registrations, scheduling, and league administration.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise student officials and scorekeepers.
• Plan and implement intramural leagues, tournaments, and events.
• Coordinate facility reservations and equipment for intramural activities.
• Promote participation through marketing, outreach, and campus engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate participation trends and recommend improvements.
