Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on commercial electrical experience.
• Knowledge of BAS computer systems and electrical controls.
• Experience with 480/277V and 208/120V distribution systems is desired.
• Ability to operate lifting equipment and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects and supervise contractors as needed.
• Repair, maintain, and install electrical systems and lighting across campus.
• Monitor energy management system and troubleshoot VFDs and motors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and lighting control work.
• Coordinate project planning, vendor quotes, budgets, and timelines.
• Participate in on-call rotation and on-site work.
