Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a related maintenance field.
• Three years of experience in general maintenance and repairs.
• Valid Class A Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, buildings, and equipment as assigned through work orders.
• Assists with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintains doors and hardware and assists with general facility improvement projects.
• Reviews work orders and provides records of completed work, supplies used, and time spent.
