Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Director of Education for our Waterbury campus in Wolcott, CT. The role leads academic programs, hires and coaches instructors, and ensures accreditation and program quality across the campus.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years in leadership and teaching, plus familiarity with SAP, LMS, and SIS platforms. On‑site schedule: M–F, 40 hours, with compensation in the advertised range.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP, accreditation or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, observe, and coach every instructor on campus.
• Lead retention meetings and develop at‑risk intervention plans.
• Manage SAP monitoring, accreditation documentation, and audit readiness.
