• Leader responsible for strategic direction, scheduling, and oversight of all teachers and staff.
• Oversees compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Drives program quality, curriculum implementation, and campus improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, scheduling, and oversight of all teachers and assistant teachers.
• Support the Assistant Director with resources and guidance to manage the school effectively.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with Eventus Education Principles.
• Recruit, screen, and hire staff to meet campus needs.
• Ensure curriculum, safety, and operational standards are followed.
• Oversee educational programs and initiatives for consistency and quality.
• Monitor performance with evaluations and implement improvements.
• Utilize Playground to manage staffing and ratios.
• Build relationships with parents and community stakeholders.
• Stay updated on education laws and Eventus policies.
• Manage staff files for state and Eventus compliance.
• Oversee budget and fund allocation for development and improvements.
• Identify funding opportunities and partnerships for growth.
