Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a Campus Director to lead the Southeast Campus program in Plymouth, MA. You will supervise all staff, oversee operations, and partner with the VP/AVP to align services with client needs and outcomes.

You will oversee budgeting, policy implementation, intake/discharge processes, and crisis management while building community ties with agencies to ensure eligible client flow. A Master’s in social work or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services and/or Education preferred.
• Professional license preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Child Welfare and/or Child Education preferred.
• Knowledge of Child Welfare system with working knowledge of state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee the activities within the program. Oversee all program staff and provide regular supervision to key leadership members.
• Develop and implement services to meet client needs with measurable outcomes.
• Establish relationships with community, state and federal agencies to ensure client flow.
• Review and implement program policies and procedures for continual improvement.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies at the program level.
• Participate in annual operating budget development and monitor variances.
• Oversee intake and discharge processes and ensure timely data entry.
• Oversee risk management and crisis resolution; review critical incident reports.
• Prepare program updates and share feedback with staff.
• Represent the program at internal and external meetings as required.
