Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Campus Coordinator to provide direction, problem-solving, and support to staff across school-hours shifts.

The role includes supervising, training, and ensuring safety and program standards on campus. Responsibilities cover crisis response, staff coaching, performance feedback, and collaboration with the Principal and clinical departments to align life skills with treatment protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program experience with supervisory duties.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to train and lead staff.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to campus staff and direct care teams.
• Coordinate training and scheduling for staff across shifts.
• Respond to campus crises and support staff and clients.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation across programs.
• Communicate effectively with school administrators and on-call staff.
