The role drives strategic initiatives to increase student success, strengthen campus resources, and build partnerships with local industry and community leaders, while balancing educational standards with efficient management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in educational administration or campus management.
• Knowledge of vocational education standards, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in leadership, strategic planning and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus operations across departments including academics, admissions, student services and career placement.
• Set and uphold standards for campus programs and services aligned with institutional goals and accreditation.
• Develop policies to promote campus safety, efficiency and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with program directors and faculty to ensure programs meet industry standards.
• Evaluate program outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee student enrollment processes and onboarding to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop outreach to attract a diverse student body and recruit partnerships.
• Lead staff hiring, training and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performance campus culture.
• Manage campus budget, facilities, and resources; identify funding opportunities.
