IBMC College in Longmont, CO, is currently recruiting for a full-time Cosmetology Instructor at the Longmont Campus. Day and evening schedules are needed. You will deliver curriculum, supervise classroom and clinic floor instruction, and help students develop practical skills.

Qualified candidates hold a Colorado Cosmetology license with 3–5 years of salon/clinic floor experience; prior teaching is strongly desired. PTO, health insurance, and modern facilities are offered.

Education and Experience:

Current Colorado Cosmetology license and 3-5 years (4,000 hours verified) salon and/or clinic floor experience. Previous teaching experience strongly desired.

Position Purpose:

Deliver educational curriculum and lesson knowledge to students in a classroom/clinic floor setting.

• Participate in educator and professional development as required by credentialing agency.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met when providing instruction in classes and on the clinic floor (state and national requirements).
