Job summary

BE Great seeks a Campus Director II for a school-based after-school program. This role oversees program delivery, staff supervision, and partnership building with parents and the community to ensure high-quality youth development opportunities.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in youth development or equivalent, plus at least one year of program management experience, and the ability to work with youth aged 4–18 in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development or equivalent education/experience
• At least 1 year of program management experience
• Ability to work with youth ages 4–18 and diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain participants to meet enrollment goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and parents
• Supervise and train site staff
• Organize and evaluate programming across BGCA core areas
• Provide individual and group instruction
• Maintain discipline and enforce Club rules
• Facilitate staff meetings
• Manage day-to-day club operations
• Coordinate public relations and membership recruitment
• Guide members in selecting appropriate programs
• Solicit staff/community input for improvements
• Meet weekly with campus office to submit paperwork
