Be GREAT Academy is looking for a Campus Director II for a part-time seasonal position. This role involves overseeing program delivery at multiple elementary schools and managing staff. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Development or related field, alongside program management experience.

The Campus Director will play a vital role in developing partnerships and ensuring a supportive environment for youth between ages 4 to 18. This is a part-time role, focusing on youth engagement and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development Field or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 1 year of program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of all program areas within the Club.
• Plan, develop, and manage program implementation.
• Supervise program staff and perform related administrative duties.

Skills

Understanding of the Organization's philosophy, vision, and goals

Ability to deal with a diverse population of youth ages 4 to 18

Management and supervisory experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of all BGCA and local programs

Ability to establish and cultivate positive relationships with youth

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development Field (or equivalent)
