Job summary

Be GREAT Academy in Rock Hill, SC is looking for a Program Director for a part-time seasonal role. The individual will oversee all program areas within the Club, managing implementation and supervising staff to ensure a positive experience for members.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development and 2-3 years of program delivery experience. Responsibilities include liaising with parents and schools, acting as a mentor, and organizing program activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development or equivalent education and experience.
• 2-3 years of program delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of all program areas within the Club.
• Plan, develop, and manage program implementation.
• Supervise program staff and perform related administrative duties.
• Serve as a liaison between parents, schools, community groups, and Club members.

Skills

Understanding of the Organization's philosophy

Ability to deal with a diverse population of youth ages 4 to 18

Management and supervisory experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of all national and local programs

Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certification

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development or equivalent
