Be GREAT Academy is looking for a Campus Director II for a part-time seasonal position. This role involves overseeing program delivery at multiple elementary schools and managing staff. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Development or related field, alongside program management experience.
The Campus Director will play a vital role in developing partnerships and ensuring a supportive environment for youth between ages 4 to 18. This is a part-time role, focusing on youth engagement and program implementation.
Position Classification: Part-Time; M-F 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm, no benefits (Under 30 participants)
The position of Campus Director II is available at the following locations:
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of all program areas within the Club. Plans, develops, and manages program implementation. Supervises program staff and performs other related administrative duties. Serves as a liaison between parents, schools, community groups, and Club members. Works in partnership with the Executive/Area Director to ensure a myriad of pro-social and youth development opportunities are available to all Club members. Provides orientation and goal setting for all Club members.
Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development Field (or equivalent education and experience) and at least 1 year program management experience.
Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities while at all times displaying tact, maturity, and flexibility. Physical requirements include sight, hearing, standing for four plus hours per day, and the ability to implement programs. Skills essential for success include speaking, writing, and use of PC.
After school/Recreational settings that include being in/out doors. Occasional weekend and evening work to support the organization's fundraising events, trainings, and other activities.
