Job summary

BE Great in the United States is seeking a part-time Program Specialist/Aid to plan, implement, facilitate, and supervise activities. The role focuses on safety, quality of programs, and club appearance, with schedules Monday through Friday afternoons.

The candidate will report to work as needed at sites in their region and should bring strong communication, youth development knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Minimum education: high school diploma or college degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher, with 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience.
• Ability to interact effectively with youth, staff, parents and community leaders.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote Core Values.
• Plan, implement, facilitate, and supervise programs and activities.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
• Maintain records of participants, schedules and attendance.
• Mandatory First Aid/CPR.
