You will directly supervise staff, ensure meals follow company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations, and maintain quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (nice to have).
• Food handler’s certification (nice to have).
