Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled Catering Captain to join our team at Albany State University - Radium Campus. You will oversee and manage catering events, ensuring their success from setup to breakdown.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff management, and delivering courteous service in line with our guidelines. Three years of experience in catering or hospitality, strong communication, and proficiency in event execution are required; prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Formación

• At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Managing event staff.
• Ensuring courteous, prompt service for all event functions according to established guidelines.
• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new associates.
• Any other tasks as necessary.
