Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed at UNR – Habit Burger is hiring a Shift Supervisor (Full Time) to direct a shift, train and supervise associates, and ensure food safety, service, quality and productivity standards are met. The role includes creating work schedules and mentoring staff within the dining services location on campus in Reno, NV.

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with opportunities for growth and benefits through the campus program.

• Prior experience in team lead and/or staff supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift activities and ensure assigned tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training, coaching, and scheduling to associates for service excellence.
• Evaluate performance, recognize high performers, and address issues when standards are not met.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing associates while monitoring daily operations.
