Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is required.
• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Ensure policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers; discipline as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as main contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage goals and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
