Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or GED or Vocational Diploma.
• Preferred: Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.
• Ability to drive campus vehicles if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members on departmental policies and procedures.
• Lead shift staff in food preparation and sanitation.
• Oversee food quality and station organization; follow daily prep sheets and recipes.
• Maintain and clean utensils, equipment and work areas; report damages.
• Operate POS devices as cashier when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• May be required to drive assigned vehicles on campus.
