Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage or assist in managing a dining service operation; ensure quality customer service.
• Supervise staff: hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation; monitor inventory and order supplies.
• Oversee budget for the area; develop reports and cost menus; ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
