Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and five years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a food service management, dietetics or related field.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced food service settings.
• Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and menu management software (Computrition).

Responsibilities

• Lead dining center operations and customer service with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Develop employee training programs and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage fiscal resources and facility operations to support excellence.
• Build cross-department relationships within Housing & Dining Services and academics.
• Collaborate with unit management to strengthen partnerships with colleges and programs.
