Responsibilities

• Manage assigned unit within a larger dining service operation, ensuring quality customer service.
• Supervise area staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for products, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and oversee food preparation procedures.
• Contribute to development and implementation of production standards and budgets.
• Assist in menu and recipe development and offer guidance to staff.
