Competenze

Requires a degree in management, business, or a relevant field, or a culinary institute credential, or equivalent experience.
Food Service Management Certification from Ohio health department or eligibility within 3 months of hire.
Knowledge of budgeting and regulatory requirements for food service operations.

Mansioni

Manage a retail dining unit or component of a large dining service operation.
Supervise area employees including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating.
Monitor inventory and order products, supplies, and equipment as needed.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation laws; monitor food prep procedures.
Assist in production standards development and budget implementation for the unit.
Assist in menu and recipe development and cost controls.
Provide guidance and supervision of administrative/professional staff and support staff.
May facilitate ongoing projects and perform related duties.
