Metz Culinary Management is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day campus retail dining at Houghton University. You will guide team members, drive menu execution, manage inventory, and deliver restaurant-inspired hospitality to our campus community.

This role emphasizes customer relations, cash handling, and managing café operations across outlets, including food court and grab-and-go services.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract dining food service settings such as hospital, school, college, senior living or corporate dining.
• Must be able to read, write, use simple math, follow and give oral and written instructions.

• Weekly and month end inventory
• Maintaining food cost goals
• Develop and oversee the production of café daily menu
• Complete weekly productions prop and pull sheets
• Training and scheduling of café staff
