Qualifications

• Experience in contract dining or campus dining environments.
• Strong hospitality and customer relations focus.
• Ability to read/write, basic math, follow and give instructions.

• Ordering and purchasing
• Weekly and month end inventory
• Maintaining food cost goals
• Develop and oversee the production of café daily menu
• Complete weekly productions prop and pull sheets
• Training and scheduling of café staff
