Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at West Liberty University. You will prepare meals, maintain quality, and ensure proper food handling while contributing to a high-volume dining program.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience in scratch cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with different kitchen equipment. Onsite role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
