Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Food Service Manager at Albany State University - Radium Campus to oversee dining operations, safety, and sanitation for students, faculty and guests. You will lead a large staff, ensure high-quality service, and drive profitable operations.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in supervision and foodservice, plus strong communication and financial accountability. The role is onsite at Albany, with comprehensive benefits.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Food Service Manager to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Albany. As a Food Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all food service, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for dining services on campus for students, faculty & guests.

What you'll be doing:

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering team members.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation up to $58,000 / year based on experience.
