Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director to oversee culinary, safety and sanitation and operations for the York College account.

You will recruit, train and supervise a large staff including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams, while ensuring high quality food and friendly service and maintaining professional, efficient, and profitable operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years' foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
