The successful candidate will coach team members, manage performance, implement safety protocols, and use food management systems and Google Suite to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality dining by upholding food quality, sanitation, and service.
• Coordinate daily team staffing for high-volume operations.
• Oversee inventory levels and manage orders.
• Train and mentor team to meet objectives and foster skill development.
• Innovate recipes, processes, and efficiencies to improve guest experience.
• Oversee guest experience through coaching and training.
• Observe guest trends to improve team performance.
• Implement performance management and corrective actions as needed.
• Demonstrate verbal and written communication with team and management.
• Promote a safe work environment and wellbeing standards.
