You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and partner with university leadership to meet campus dining needs and client expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of food service management experience.
• Experience managing high-volume dining operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food cost controls, labor management, purchasing, and inventory.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and POS systems.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of campus dining facilities, including residential dining, retail cafés, and catering.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise food service employees and management staff.
• Maintain relationships with university administration, faculty, students, and leadership.
• Monitor food costs, labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and financial performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and timely reporting.
• Oversee catering events, planning, staffing, execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and policies.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Address performance concerns and maintain a professional work environment.
