Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• At least five years in operational food service management.
• Knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, cost controls.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding customer service with high standards.
• Proficient in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Certified.
