Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to 3 months of effective experience.
• Background checks and clearances required for employment.
• Must operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operations and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Clean and wash soiled dishes, glasses, silverware, and other equipment.
• Remove, stack, and store clean dishes in proper areas.
• Clean, burnish and detarnish silver; remove stains from china and glasses.
• Wash pots and pans and store properly after use.
• Serve food and beverages as required.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as dish machine and floor cleaning tools.
• Clean, sweep, mop, wax and buff floors following schedules.
• Set up buffet areas and meeting rooms following diagrams.
