Job summary

Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Custodian I under Facilities Management. Shifts include AM 5:00–1:30 and PM 4:00–12:30, with potential weekend snow removal duties.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial services experience in an institutional or commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Custodial Services: cleaning, sanitizing, stocking restrooms, trash/recycling removal, window cleaning, carpet/hardfloor maintenance, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, burnishing, stripping and refinishing floors.
• Building Access & Security: snow removal and unlock/lock up services, weekend coverage as needed.
• Athletic and University Events: custodial support for events campus-wide, including weekends when necessary.
