Qualifications

• Six months of work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
• Ability to lift, move and operate cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use backpack vacuum to clean all floor surfaces and stairwells.
• Vacuum upholstery and classroom items as needed.
• Mop hard surface floors and spot mop spills.
• Empty waste/recycling and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Dust and wash windowsills, glass doors, furniture, and surfaces.
• Restock supplies daily and report equipment issues.
• Perform minor maintenance on custodial equipment and report repairs.
