The University of Georgia is seeking a Systems Manager I- Course Scheduling to oversee campus course scheduling within the student information system. You will serve as the primary administrator, coordinating with 250+ schedulers and the Registrar's Office to ensure data integrity and timely scheduling.

This role requires excellent communication, strong technical skills, and the ability to train users, manage calendars, and troubleshoot scheduling issues while aligning with USG policies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for course scheduling in the campus SIS.
• Maintain the course scheduling calendar for schedulers.
• Provide technical user maintenance and support for schedulers.
• Configure SIS workflows for scheduling, waitlists, and email generation.
• Deliver regular technical trainings to new and existing users.
• Manage the daily section cancellation process in SIS.
• Analyze policies and procedures to guide schedulers.
• Respond to emails from the course scheduler account.
