• Provides five-star customer service to all employees.
• Travels predefined courier routes by automobile to deliver mail and parcels across the campus.
• Keeps log and time stamps of items received and delivered.
• Supports chain of custody requirements defined in operating procedures.
• Performs pickup and delivery following maps or written instructions.
• Follows Operational Service Excellence performance requirements.
• Responds to client requests and ensures timely delivery of orders.
• Completes paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner.
• Maintains vehicle safety by routine maintenance and adherence to company guidelines.
• Delivers mail and parcels around the campus.
• Trains back-up and provides guidance on policies and procedures.
