Job summary

SPS is hiring a delivery driver to operationally support campus mail and parcel delivery. You will navigate on-site routes, maintain logs and records, and uphold safety standards while interacting with staff and departments across the campus.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Local travel is required, with a standard 8-hour shift and paid overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to work assigned hours.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine checks such as tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep.

Schedule

Must be flexible to work between 7: 00 AM and 6: 00 PM for a full- time 8- hour shift , with paid overtime opportunities available .

What we need from you:

Physical Demands:

Approximately 50% of the time this position requires the below physical demands.

• Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
• Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
• Physical and mental ability to operate a standard company motor vehicle.

Local travel required.
