Job summary

SPS is seeking a dependable Mailroom/Delivery Associate to deliver mail and parcels across campus, ensuring timely and accurate service. You will provide 5-star customer service, build relationships with staff, and maintain precise delivery logs while following chain-of-custody procedures.

You’ll operate company vehicles safely and support daily operations as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience, a clean driving record, and strong

Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and work independently.
Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and office equipment.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge including routine checks.
Ability to lift/move 40 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

Deliver mail and parcels across campus accurately and on time.
Provide 5-star customer service and build strong relationships with employees and teams.
Maintain delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork precisely.
