Sodexo is seeking a Cook at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach. You will prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold foods across all meals and events, following Sodexo culinary standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires fast-paced kitchen experience and a commitment to quality and teamwork. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years experience, ability to read recipes, and basic food-handling knowledge.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
• Knowledge of basic food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, cook and present hot and cold items for all meals and events.
• Follow Sodexo culinary standards for quality, presentation and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and safety practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
