Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook I at Marquette University in Schroeder Hall. You will prepare, portion, cook, and present a range of hot and cold items for all meal periods in line with Sodexo’s standards for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience. You must be able to read recipes and operate kitchen equipment. Competitive shifts and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years related food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
• Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workstation in a fast-paced kitchen.

Education
