Job summary

Liberty University seeks dynamic Project Managers (Levels I–IV) to lead campus construction and renovation projects, from planning to closeout. You will develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and reporting, coordinating with designers, engineers, and contractors while ensuring safety and compliance with university standards.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, scheduling, and leadership across varying project scopes, including large capital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects through full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in construction.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support multiple projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and phasing plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design professionals, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure safety, quality, and progress.
• Administer and track RFIs, submittals, pay apps, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with LU standards, codes, ADA, and environmental/safety regulations.
