University of Central Florida (UCF) is seeking a Construction Project Manager III in the Facilities Planning, Design and Construction group. You will coordinate design and construction efforts for minor and major campus projects, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery.

The role requires leadership of design and construction teams, adherence to standards, and active collaboration with internal departments to meet UCF's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant construction PM experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar campus projects and complex teams.
• PMP, CCM, LEED credentials or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with budgets, GMPs, change orders, and payments to design teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and university project standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to align with timelines and institutional strategy.
• Negotiate change orders and contract modifications with stakeholders; prepare estimates and GMPs.
• Ensure project documentation meets standards and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior project managers and support department efficiency and development.
