Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a Project Manager IV for Information Services to lead the multi-year SIS/ERP replacement, driving delivery within scope, schedule, and resources while aligning with university priorities.

The role requires strong PM expertise, governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement, with collaboration across IT development and business units. This is a remote, full-time position aligned with LU’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-system environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• 5-6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in change or release management on large cross-institutional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own readiness and adoption for Liberty's SIS/ERP replacement program.
• Establish the program’s change management framework and governance.
• Create and implement stakeholder engagement plans.
• Coordinate readiness activities with development teams and departments.
• Define adoption risk categories and track mitigation plans.
• Develop and monitor readiness KPIs and scorecards.
