Job summary

Penn State University Park seeks a Design and Construction Project Manager to lead multiple campus projects from planning through closeout. You will direct teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliance with university standards and contracts.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and high-quality campus transformation. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with design/construction projects; OSHA 10 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with project management information systems.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead assigned projects across the customer portfolio, managing scope, budget, schedule, execution and stakeholder coordination.
• Define project delivery method, execution parameters, standards, policies and procedures for design and construction initiatives.
• Support projects for University Park Utility Services group and Systems Renewal and Maintenance Programs.
