Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
• Must be able to convert user concepts into project documents.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction/Design: Interviews university personnel and ascertains user renovation/new construction needs.
• Translates user needs into acceptable construction documents in accordance with current building code and ADA regulations.
• Construction Management: Manage interior renovation projects and minor new construction projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinates project approval and move-in with appropriate university departments.
