UC Riverside's Facilities Services is seeking a Facilities Project Management Specialist to coordinate minor renovation, deferred maintenance, and PM activities on campus.

Under the Project Manager, you will define scopes, estimate requirements, and develop schedules, coordinating with skilled trades, permits, inspections, and contractors to meet customer expectations. Strong collaboration with Planning, Design & Construction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all phases of facilities minor renovation, deferred maintenance, and preventative maintenance projects under the Project Manager.
• Defines and develops internal scope and estimate requirements for repair, alteration, and minor modification projects.
• Schedules work in coordination with skilled trades availability and coordinates permits and inspections.
